Also there is a small IPSC community in Esbjerg, don't know of their practice routine .. One in Skanderborg, also limited (practice on a 25m range) and then there is Engesvang shooting club, practice on a 50m range, stage building for every practice session, level 1 style

This is probably the best advice you'll get, Pradheep.
Most ISSF based clubs are reluctant to accomodate IPSC shooting, partly because they don't know much about it, partly because they consider it labour-demanding.
Best advice is to get in touch with other IPSC shooters from the area, and hook up with them. Find a club which is positive towards IPSC, and grow from there.

There is at least one more option, although it is not in Jutland. It is however the same driving distance from Fredericia, as to Esbjerg.
